  Love the property. Excellent views, clean pools, a pool with bar service, one without and one further away. Beach with umbrellas and chairs for guests. Has a restaurant on the property as well as one next door. Shuffleboard is available also. We ran into a few problems. No ice. Ice machine looks to be 20yrs old and can't keep up with excessive use. Office had ice one day but not the next. Cable was being charged while we were there, they left drywall dust and chunks on the closet(not the fault of the facility). Balconies on the upper levels area small but still enjoyable. Rooms have a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker.

  I went to Ruskin elementary school have lived here my whole life. I am 50+ years old started South Florida Marine construction 31 years ago. I grew up on that island with the previous owners. When it was a restaurant three cracker houses one of which was my babysitter. It was family owned and operated then. I rebuilt the north half of Marina in the late 90s for the previous owners that I have the highest respect for. But the new owners have done a great job it's still one of my favorite places. Family oriented. But when the sun goes down live music great Tiki bar beautiful sunsets.
